Body Healing Yoga (Beginner Level) is designed to gently support both physical and mental wellbeing through guided movement, breath, and awareness.
Each session focuses on building a strong foundation — improving flexibility, posture, and strength while helping the body release accumulated stress and tension from daily life.
You will be guided through beginner-friendly practices including Hatha Yoga (steady and foundational), Vinyasa Yoga(gentle flow with breath), Yin Yoga (deep, slow stretches), and Yin & Yang Yoga (a balance of movement and stillness).
This allows you to explore different approaches and progress at your own pace, based on your body’s current condition and comfort level.
This session does not replace medical or physiotherapy treatment
Progress and experience may vary depending on individual condition
Please practise within your own comfort and limits
Inform instructor of any injuries or health conditions beforehand
Class is friendly for beginners
Duration: 60 minutes (adjust if needed)

Yin Yoga
Long-held gentle floor poses that deeply relax fascia and joints
Helps release stress and improve sleep

Yang & Yin Yoga
Begins with gentle activation of the body (Yang), followed by deep stretching and relaxation (Yin)

Hatha Yoga
