Body Healing Yoga (Beginner Level) is designed to gently support both physical and mental wellbeing through guided movement, breath, and awareness.

Each session focuses on building a strong foundation — improving flexibility, posture, and strength while helping the body release accumulated stress and tension from daily life.

You will be guided through beginner-friendly practices including Hatha Yoga (steady and foundational), Vinyasa Yoga(gentle flow with breath), Yin Yoga (deep, slow stretches), and Yin & Yang Yoga (a balance of movement and stillness).

This allows you to explore different approaches and progress at your own pace, based on your body’s current condition and comfort level.

  • This session does not replace medical or physiotherapy treatment

  • Progress and experience may vary depending on individual condition

  • Please practise within your own comfort and limits

  • Inform instructor of any injuries or health conditions beforehand

  • Class is friendly for beginners

  • Duration: 60 minutes (adjust if needed)

  • Location: Novum, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

  • Format: Small group, not more than 7 people

  • Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate practitioners who want to release tension from their body and prefers companionship

  • Planning ahead: We send out the weekly schedule in advance — simply let us know which classes you’d like to join. Once 2 friends have signed up, the class is confirmed!

  • Small & supportive: With only up to 7 students per class, you’ll always feel seen and guided.

Yin Yoga

  • Long-held gentle floor poses that deeply relax fascia and joints

  • Helps release stress and improve sleep

  • Keywords: Deep stretch | Relaxation | Static | Great for those under stress or sitting for long hours

  • Level: Everyone | Intensity: Low

Yang & Yin Yoga

  • Begins with gentle activation of the body (Yang), followed by deep stretching and relaxation (Yin)

  • Achieves a balance of “movement and stillness,” restoring harmony in body and mind

  • Keywords: Balance | Recovery | Combination of movement & stillness | Suitable for holistic well-being

  • Level: Everyone | Intensity: Low to Medium

Hatha Yoga

  • Slower-paced, focusing on posture alignment and holding

  • Suitable for all levels, especially great for beginners to build a foundation

  • Keywords: Foundation | Alignment | Gentle | Essential for beginners

  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate | Intensity: Low to Medium

Vinyasa Yoga

  • Fluid sequences coordinated with breath, light and rhythmic pace

  • Builds strength, stamina, and body heat

  • Level: Beginner to Advanced | Intensity: Medium to High
