• Results depend on the animal’s willingness and condition at the time

• Please approach the session with an open and respectful mindset

• Duration: 30 minutes

• Format: Online (WhatsApp / Zoom / Google Meet / etc.)

• Suitable for: Cats, dogs, and other domestic animals

Before the session, pet owners are required to provide:

• Your pet’s name, age, and recent photo

• Any specific questions or concerns

• Brief background (if relevant)

• All bookings are non-refundable once the session is confirmed.

• This is due to the time, energy, and preparation allocated for each session.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• One-time reschedule is allowed with minimum 24 hours notice

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are considered forfeited

• No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded
